The flying horse ranch is a beautiful historic site tucked away in the mountains of Colorado where recreation activities are unlimited. Explore the aspen groves and rock outcroppings as you horseback ride, hike or mountain bike. The property boasts two lakes where you can enjoy a swim, fish, rowboat or canoe ride. There is also fly fishing along the Jefferson creek and Tarrall River for native species. Then after a day of adventure come in, sit by the fire and enjoy a home cooked meal. Flying Horse Ranch is the perfect place to escape and enjoy the beauty of the west.

Accomodations include two suites and three private guest rooms within the lodge, furnished with a king bed, and suited for one or two people. Most suite/room(s) have a sitting area, gas fireplace and full bath. Additionally, there are two family cabins across the lake which sleep up to six guests in each. These cabins offer a gas fireplace, kitchen, living/dining room, master bedroom and sleeping loft.
Dining:
Your stay at Flying Horse Ranch includes three home cooked meals a day. Our meals are made from the freshest ingredients and our recipies come from the heart. Served family style in the main lodge each meal is an opportuinity to trade stories with wranglers and staff and meet new friends.
