At the Red Reflet Guest Ranch we seek to give our guests a unique and remarkable experience in every way. Red Reflet Ranch is a working horse and cattle ranch, utilizing well over 24,000 acres that range in elevation from 4200’ to 8300’. There is always lots of ranch work underway - centered on the cattle herd - as well as farm work putting up the herd's winter feed of grass and alfalfa. You will meet the ranch crew and are welcome to “cowboy” with them to see ranch life first hand.

Located in Ten Sleep, a beautiful, quiet area of Wyoming, the Red Reflet (re-flay) is both a working ranch and luxurious Guest Ranch/Resort, that utilizes over 25,000 acres of land which range from 4,200' to 8,300' in elevation, and encompassing many spectacular landscapes. These landscapes transition from cacti desert to Aspen forests to deep limestone canyons fringed with giant Ponderosa Pines, to rolling sage covered hills, to multicolored rock layered canyons in the foothills of the Big Horn Mountains. But minutes away are the fascinating Castle Gardens and the lakes, streams, and trails of the 1,115,000 acre Big Horn National Forest, and nearly 200,000 acres of the Cloud Peak Wilderness with peaks to 13,175'. There is so much to explore and so many surprises, we are sure you will be delighted and enthralled.

Mealtime is always memorable on the Red Reflet Ranch, as almost everything on the table has been grown or raised on the Ranch to be the absolute best, then prepared by our resident executive Chef, and intended to be healthful and fabulous dining. A full bar is included to compliment pre-dinner hors-d oeuvres. Choose from 20+ different beers and 100+ wines from all over the world, also included in your one rate vacation. Most lunches will include staff from different units of the operation, some days include the full staff for lunch, so you will have an opportunity to meet and visit with the folks who make the ranch work and better understand what do on at a real, Wyoming working ranch. Dinners are usually with the owners, who live on site, and want to be sure your experience on the Red Reflet Ranch is a memorable experience and everything you could hope or expect.
