Indian Oven Dinner
This is the ranch signature dinner. A huge roast of beef, potatoes, onions and carrots are all cooked in the large outdoor Indian oven. It's quite a procedure to prepare the oven for cooking the evening meal. There is a distinct flavor derived from cooking in this type of oven that makes this meal a wonderful experience.
