The Diamond Four Ranch is located on the Shoshone National Forest in the heart of Wyoming's highest and most rugged mountains, the Wind River Range. The Wind Rivers boast the largest active glaciers in the lower 48 states, hundreds of alpine lakes teeming with wild trout, abundant wildlife and world class mountain climbing. For folks with a hearty sense of adventure, there is no finer vacation than a classic wilderness horse pack trip! Our Guided Pack Trip allows you to enjoy riding, exploring, fishing or just relaxing while our guides prepare wonderful meals, tend camp and wrangle horses for you, deep in the heart of the wilderness. We furnish everything except your sleeping bag, fishing gear and personals. We also offer stays at the ranch, with a variety of riding, hiking, and fishing opportunities. You will see a different trail every day! Every vacation is custom-tailored from your first phone call to the day you leave the ranch.
