The wide variety of wildflowers, birds, and other wildlife provide excellent opportunities for birding and wildlife viewing! Experience the Highland Historic Loop, the Molson museums, the charming old church in Havillah, and numerous other ghost towns, historic sites and museums. Go fishing, golfing, rafting or attend a rodeo in Chesaw or Tonasket, perhaps a festival in Oroville - all nearby. There are numerous local events throughout the year. Eden Valley Guest ranch consists of ten deluxe cabins and a meeting lodge located at the center of a productive 900-acre farm. Picturesque views are of the Okanogan Highlands to the north and east, Mt. Bonaparte to the south with woodlands to the west. The resort is also located adjacent to the Okanogan National Forest. Guests enjoy friendly hosts, privacy, seclusion, ample open space, and nearly unlimited access to public lands. Outdoor recreational activities range from hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, and gold panning in spring, summer and fall to cross country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing in winter. The cabins are modern houses designed to provide nearly all the comforts of home. Each has a private bedroom (most with queen size beds) and most have a futon in the living area that makes into a double bed. Nine have a bathroom with a tub/shower unit and toilet. Just outside the bathroom is a privacy nook with a vanity sink. One cabin is wheel chair accessible and has a full bathroom with a roll-in/walk-in shower. This cabin contains a special double bed with a twin bunk overhead. The full kitchen and living area are open together in all cabins. All cabins have oak table and chair sets. The full size kitchen sink and four-burner range with oven make meals easy. A full size refrigerator provides ample space for food and beverages. All ten cabins have a wood stove with glass door providing a charming atmosphere. Each cabin contains dishes, silverware, a toaster, a coffee maker and more.
