The Ranch is a rare combination of natural beauty, exceptional facilities, and friendly folks who know what world-class wing shooting is all about. During the fall and winter, we're all about wingshooting for Texas bobwhite quail, chukar, Hungarian partridge, and pheasant, as well as game hunting for Hill Country Whitetail deer and the Rio Grande turkey during the designated season for these animals. And for those who want that trophy Axis buck, you can hunt Axis year round!
In the spring and summer, we move to the call of the hammock instead of the call of the hunt! We cater to outdoor aficionados in the spring and summer months who crave a natural and secluded setting to fish & float, canoe & kayak, and hike & bike. Joshua Creek Ranch is a great place to have your family reunion, your corporate retreat or workshop, your wedding, or any other special destination event.
If you're not a hunter, but you are a shooting enthusiast who likes the competition of sporting clays, we offer a world-class, ten-station sporting clays course! Call for reservations, please.

Joshua Creek Ranch has a variety of lodging styles available from single/double occupany rooms to a three-bedroom, two-bath ranch house with a fully appointed kitchen! All lodging is equipped with DSS, sound systems, large outdoor patios with stone fire pits and spectacular views!
The Stone Haus requires a 3-minute drive to the Main Lodge. Located on its own private, secluded area of the Ranch, it's ideal for groups or families that want space and privacy!
The Main Lodge Suite is right off the large flagstone patio of the Main Lodge. Breakfast is right outside your door!
The Main Lodge features two spacious rooms for overnight lodging -- The Safari Room and The Gun Dog Room -- that flank each end of the Great Room of the Main Lodge.
The Long Haus is an easy walk to the Main Lodge for dining. The rooms are suitable for singles, couples, groups or families. Four rooms will sleep one or two people, and two suites will sleep three adults, or three adults and one child, each.
Dining:
Dining is always an experience at Joshua Creek Ranch! During hunting season, four-course gourmet game dinners are featured, with main entrees ranging from grilled Axis venison with green peppercorn sauce, Pheasant Amaretto, Roasted Quail Bonjour in apple and honey sauce, grilled rainbow trout over garlic roasted fettucine, and other succulent game dinners. Lunch during hunting season will find the hunter dining on Longhorn chili, chicken fried venison with a white cream sauce, and pheasant pot pie. In the spring and summer, a lighter fare is featured, with all-American favorites like grilled steak, chicken, barbeque, and fried catfish (from spring-fed Joshua Creek!). Friday nights are time for our popular Friday Night Patio Suppers, which are being scheduled this summer on a limited basis, for parties of 10 or more (call for details and reservations). Desserts are always plentiful and scrumptious. You won't go away hungry at Joshua Creek Ranch!
