The Ranch has 30 rooms with sleeping accommodations for 50+ people, shared occupancy. Each sleeping room has a coffee maker and small refrigerator.

Cantina Romantica at The Rex Ranch is pleased that Chef Darling calls the ranch "home."
Take this opportunity to indulge yourself. European gourmet cuisine is served with unique Southwestern flavors. The Cantina Romantica dining room and Chef Darling's lovingly prepared meals will enchant you. His talent and abilities complement to perfection the philosophies of The Rex Ranch.
