Since the 1870's Montana ranchhands have roamed the range and worked cattle along the banks of Bonanza Creek. A century later, very little has changed...we've just now set a place at the table for you.
We offer new trails every day, cattle work, team penning and good ranch horses to do it all on. No head to tail stuff. Horses are available for the advanced rider or the beginner and those in between with lessons available. Handicap riding is also available.
In June and Sept we cater only to the advanced riders. In July and August all riders are welcome.
Adult only weeks are the first two weeks in June and all of September.
Riding can be through open meadows, canyons and wooded mountainsides. Most rides are half a day with one all day ride always with a beautiful view of the Castle and Crazy Mountains. This is a family operated cattle ranch raising 1500 head of cattle on 25,000 acres. Rates include new log cabins, 3 hearty meals a day, horseback riding, cowboy cookout, fishing, mountain biking, team penning, handicap riding, wildlife watching and that wonderful peace and quiet.

Four new log cabins in different sizes for different size parties. From the Bunkhouse for singles to the Pioneer with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Dining:
Family style in the lodge dining room. Good home cooking and lots of it. Big breakfasts and fresh desserts every day.
Entertainment:
Cookout and campfires. Enjoy the sunsets and peace and quiet or join others in the lodge for horseshoes and sociability.
