Romantic Weddings, Receptions, Reunions, Birthdays, Anniversaries, and other special occasions are offered at your Hunter Peak Guest Ranch destination. Our mountain, on-the-river location provides a perfect backdrop for memories to last a lifetime. Through discussions and suggestions, the best ideas will come to the forefront for your situation. Accomodations: We offer, with pride, our cabins and suites accommodations for your use and enjoyment. All have undergone recent renovations. Grounds are kept clean and tidy. All accommodations are non-smoking. A laundry is available for guest use.
All sleeping facilities have bed and bath linens provided. The kitchens are equipped with refrigerator, stove, cooking and eating utensils. A coffee pot/maker and toaster round out the provisions. You are welcome to borrow from the lodge kitchen what may not be provided in yours. There are no televisions or telephones in the accommodations. Guests are welcome to use the phone and limited internet service in the lodge. Wood and fire starter are nearby for easy fire starting for the cabins with wood stoves. We also offer to start fires for you. We will clean and discard the ashes. Outdoor benches and picnic tables are set up for your enjoyment of the sights, sounds, and smells.
Dining: The Carys invite you to have a wonderful dining experience. You will make new friends, share the day’s happenings & enjoy a homemade meal. Meals are made from scratch with fresh ingredients. Special attention to details make for healthy meals with variety throughout your stay. Menu changes daily for each meal. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
Breakfast ($10.00 / Adult or $7.00 / Children under 11)

Expect a great breakfast to start your day off right. Served daily is juice, yogurt, fruit, eggs, milk, and coffee. Add pancakes, coffee cake, waffles, breakfast burritos, french toast with ham, bacon, or sausage, or biscuits & gravy, and hash browns to temp your taste buds.

Lunch ($9.00 / person)

All lunches are packed and may be picked up after breakfast. Expect sandwiches, using a variety of breads, meats, cheeses, spreads, and vegetables (for vegetarians) or Cowboy Sandwiches (bread dough stuffed with stuff & baked), fruit, cookies (the homemade kind), veggies, granola bars, juice or soda, and water.

Dinner: ($20.00 / Adult & $14.00 / Children under 11)

Sit down to a wonderful home cooked dinner to end your day. As you arrive in the dinning room, the smells from the kitchen will give you a hint of what's to come. As one guest remarked, "I don't know what is for dinner, but it is always good!" Guests are welcome to bring wine, beer, or drink of choice to have with dinner. Non-alcoholic beverages are served. A typical dinner starts with a tossed salad. Next follows, seasoned steaks grilled outdoors just to your liking, or chicken, pork, lamb, salmon, or your catch of the day - with American fried or baked potatoes, rice/vegetable casserole, or a pasta dish-along with a fresh tender steamed vegetable which could be green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. - Fruit as a garnish or like applesauce with pork - fresh hot-out-of-the oven bread, quick bread, or biscuits and last, but certainly not least, a dessert, mix berry pie, choc/cherry cake, New York style cheese cake...
